Since its establishment in 2014, we have been committed to providing high-quality classroom supporting products for primary and secondary schools and educational institutions nationwide, such as student desks and chairs, dining tables, and dedicated classroom desks and chairs. Through continuous innovation and pursuit of excellence, we have achieved tremendous success in the industry.
In order to meet the growing market demand, we expanded our new factory building in Bali Industrial Park, Suining County, Xuzhou City in 2019, covering an area of 30000 square meters. This new factory provides a more spacious and modern space, providing better conditions for our production.
Our new factory has a series of advanced production workshops, including injection molding workshop, spray molding workshop, laser cutting workshop, stamping workshop, welding workshop, assembly workshop, and warehouse. These modern facilities provide an efficient and high-quality environment for our production to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
In order to further improve production efficiency and product quality, we have introduced advanced equipment such as automatic feeding laser cutting machines and automatic pipe bending machines. The automatic feeding laser cutting machine utilizes advanced laser technology to achieve precise cutting, greatly improving production efficiency and product consistency. The automatic pipe bending machine ensures precise bending of metal pipes, enabling us to produce various shapes of table and chair components. The introduction of these devices marks significant progress in our technological innovation and production process improvement.
In order to showcase our product line to customers, we have also set up a 1200 square meter exhibition hall in the factory area. This exhibition hall will showcase our latest designed student desks and chairs, dining tables, and dedicated classroom desks and chairs, providing customers with a chance to experience and choose firsthand.
